The basic core principles of a healthy lifestyle is proper nutrition (protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, fiber, and foods rich in vitamins/minerals), drink plenty of water daily (1/2-1 gallon), get plenty of sleep every night (7-8 hours), cardio exercise (high intensity works best), and weight training exercise (always put more emphasis on building lean muscle).




You know what it is you should eat daily as I have already mentioned above. Now, what about how you should eat daily? You should eat several healthy small meals daily. This will manipulate your fat burning hormones and boost your metabolism. When this happens, your body will naturally burn fat at a much more accelerated rate.

How can I eat several small meals daily? I just do not have the time?! It's easier than you think to eat several small meals daily to boost your metabolism. First of all, a small healthy meal can simply be something very easy and mobile such as a cup of yogurt, a banana, and a half of whole grain wheat bagel! Now tell me you can't find the time to eat something like that?
